1. Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided you meet all of the following conditions:
The course was purchased directly through our official website: www.drtetgurehealthcare.com.
You have not completed more than 20% of the course content (including video lectures, quizzes, and downloadable materials).
You have not downloaded or consumed more than 20% of the available course materials.
You can submit a refund request via email to our support team, including your order number and a valid reason for the refund request.
After the 7 days, or if more than 20% of the course content has been consumed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Return Concept
As this is a digital product (an online course), there is no physical product to return.“Return” in this context means the cessation of access to the digital materials. Once a refund is approved, your course access and login credentials will be deactivated immediately.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

2. Include the following details in your email:

Email Address used for purchase
Order Number or Transaction ID
Date of Purchase
Brief Reason for Refund
Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
4. Refund Amount
If your request meets the eligibility criteria, you will receive a full refund of the course fee, minus any non-refundable transaction or processing fees charged by the payment provider.
Refunds will not be issued for requests made after 7 days or after you have accessed more than 20% of the course.
Dr Tetgure Healthcare reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the stated terms.
5. Access Termination
Once your refund is approved and processed:
Your access to the course materials will be immediately revoked.
Continued use of the materials after refund approval may constitute a violation of our Terms & Conditions, and legal action may be taken if misuse occurs.
6. Exceptions
You are eligible for a full refund, regardless of course usage, in the following cases:
The course has been cancelled by Dr Tetgure Healthcare.
The course content has been significantly modified or removed before you began or shortly after your purchase.
This exception does not apply to minor updates or improvements such as formatting, typo corrections, or small content additions.
7. No “Returns” of Downloaded Materials
Since the course consists of digital learning content, once it has been accessed, viewed, or downloaded, it cannot be returned.
Refund eligibility is therefore determined solely based on the usage limit (20%) mentioned in this policy.
8. Payment Processor Fees & Currency
Refunds will be issued in the same currency and through the same payment method used for the purchase, wherever possible.
Any non-refundable transaction fees charged by payment processors (e.g., credit card fees, gateway charges) may be deducted from the total refund amount.
In rare cases, due to currency exchange fluctuations, the refund amount may vary slightly from the original payment.
9. Changes to This Policy
Dr Tetgure Healthcare reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Return Policy at any time.
The version available on our website at the time of your purchase will be considered the binding policy for that transaction.
If we make significant changes that affect your refund rights, we will notify you by email (for active course participants).
