1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for and/or accessing any online course (“Course”) offered by Dr Tetgure Healthcare, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use the Course.
2. Course Description
We provide online educational courses designed to enhance knowledge and awareness in health, wellness, and related topics. Each Course may include:
Video lectures and recorded sessions
Downloadable learning materials (PDFs, guides, worksheets)
Assessments, quizzes, or assignments
Live Q&A or community sessions (where applicable)
Course duration: varies by program (typically between 4 to 12 weeks).
Access period: You will have access to the Course materials for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
Fee: Course fees are displayed on the course registration page and are inclusive of applicable taxes or payment gateway charges (where applicable).
3. Eligibility
By enrolling in a Course, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
If you enrol on behalf of another individual (such as a minor or organisation), you have the authority to act on their behalf and bind them to these Terms.
4. Payment & Access
4.1 Payment must be made in full via the approved payment methods available on our website.
4.2 Upon successful payment, you will receive login credentials and immediate access to the Course materials for the defined access period.
4.3 All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
4.4 We reserve the right to revise Course fees at any time; however, such changes will not affect payments already completed.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
We aim to provide a high-quality learning experience. However, if you are not satisfied, please review the refund policy below:
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase only if you have not completed or accessed more than 20 % of the Course materials.
Once more than 20 % of the Course content is accessed or downloaded, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@drtetgurehealthcare.com.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
After Course access has been granted, no partial or prorated refunds are available.
Dr Tetgure Healthcare reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a Course. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or equivalent course credit.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All Course content — including but not limited to videos, images, audio, text, graphics, assessments, trademarks, and branding — is owned by or licensed to Dr Tetgure Healthcare and protected under copyright and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 You may use the Course materials solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
6.3 You may not copy, modify, distribute, share, publicly display, or sell any Course content without prior written consent from Dr Tetgure Healthcare.
6.4 Violation of this clause may lead to legal action, immediate termination of access, and forfeiture of fees.

By enrolling, you agree not to:
Share your login credentials or allow others to access your account.
Record, reproduce, or redistribute any live sessions or course materials.
Post or transmit any material that is harmful, unlawful, defamatory, or infringes intellectual property rights.
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Course platform or any related services.
Use the Course or its materials for coaching, resale, or commercial purposes without written permission.
Any breach of the above may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

8.1 All Courses are created for educational and informational purposes only.
8.2 They do not constitute professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

8.4 Dr Tetgure Healthcare does not guarantee specific results or outcomes. Success depends on your individual application, effort, and circumstances.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dr Tetgure Healthcare, its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your participation in or inability to use the Course.
9.2 In any event, our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid to enrol in the Course.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at our sole discretion if:
You breach these Terms,
Engage in unauthorised sharing or misuse of materials, or
Engage in conduct deemed harmful to the Course or other participants.
Upon termination, your access to Course content ends immediately, and no refund will be issued.
11. Changes to Terms & Course
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.If substantial changes occur, we will post a notice on our website or notify you by email.Continued use of the Course after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Course, or any portion of it, with or without notice.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with any Course-specific details, enrolment forms, or payment confirmations, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dr Tetgure Healthcare and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or communications.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
